I feel the best way I can help those living here is to educate them on ways to maintain their health and prevent disease. Recently, I completed a post graduate certification in Whiplash and Brain Injury Traumatology through the Spine Research Institute and California Health Sciences University. I believe that getting a person out of pain is only half the battle. By getting people out of pain and stopping care, you are merely patching up the area until the pain comes back time and again. Instead, after the pain is gone, there needs to be a time where the back is in a healing phase, and the spine is continually monitored through chiropractic care. After the healing phase, comes the maintenance phase in which periodic checkups make sure the spine is functioning properly.
